Kadeau Gin 2023
Kadeau Gin is the result of a collaboration between Kadeau and Bornholm Distillery, capturing the spirit of Bornholm with herbs from Kadeau’s garden in Vester Sømarken and from the wild nature in Bornholm. We have been using ironwork, verbena, chervil, Angelica root, agastache, spruce shots from scots pine, lemon zest and juniper.
The gin is juniper forward, with a crisp, green and nordic profile.
Drink it with a mild Mediterranean style tonic, plenty of ice and garnish with dried or fresh lemon.
