All Holmus products are seasonal meaning that we harvest our ingredients when they are ready and take our time to get the best out of them.
Handmade
Everything is made by hand in very small batches, so that we are able to monitor the taste continuously till it is exactly to our liking. Not two batches are the same and can vary in ingredients and flavor depending on the time of harvest. Therefore every bottle is marked by hand with a batch number detailed by the product page in the webshop.
