Sune Rasborg’s take on the classic danish drink “Flyversjus” / “Aviator Juice”

Aviator Juice:
1 part Bornholm Aquavit
3 part prima lemonsoda
Fill a glas with plenty of ice and pour the liquids in.
Garnish with a lemon wedge
Lemonsoda.
1 dl freshly squeezed lemon juice
100 g brown sugar
sparkling water
Dissolve the sugar in the lemon juice and top with sparkling water to taste.
