After months of testing and adjusting, we are finally ready to introduce our new bitter aperitif which is created on the basis of our decorated Bornholm Gin.
We macerate plenty of local rhubarb from Krogsholm Orchard together with whole grapefruits, oranges, ensian root and other bitter herbs in high proof Bornholm Gin before it is watered down with clean bornholm water.
This makes a light bitter and sweet spirit perfect for an aperitif. Enjoy it on the rocks, with tonic, in a Negroni with Bornholm Gin or mix with dry sparkling white wine and sparkling water for a Bornholm Spritz.
