Producing the Holmus series, we draw inspiration from nature and the ingredients that are in season. Therefore, our summer batch naturally includes elderflowers.
In the second batch of Holmus Gin, we have reduced the juniper berries slightly to make room for a lighter, more floral, and summery profile.
Heather flowers provide delicate floral notes along with freshly harvested elderflowers. Blackberry leaves add subtle licorice notes. To emphasize the light, floral, and herbal profile, we have also added a bit of fresh lemon thyme to this batch.
We handpicked juniper berries, wild apples, heather flowers, and blackberry leaves in the open, weather-beaten area of Slotslyngen, near Hammershus Castle in October 2023.
Elderflowers and lemon thyme were picked in our garden in Rønne in June 2024.

We recommend serving HOLMUS GIN, BATCH 2 neat with ice - or with an Indian tonic garnished with slices of fresh apple. CHEERS!
