We are launching not one, but two new series in spring 2024

Two New Series

After 7 years of successful product development and the introduction of various goods, it is now time for a tightening and a stronger focus on our starting point; the fantastic raw materials from Bornholm.

The Holmus Series

We are very proud to soon present our new product line – THE HOLMUS SERIES – consisting of 4 unique products. This series is refined, innovative, and deeply rooted in our tradition and the beautiful nature of Bornholm.

Each product in the Holmus Series will be produced in limited quantities. For each batch, we will share detailed stories, information about suppliers, and ingredients here on our website.

During May, we will launch Holmus gin, Holmus aquavit, and Holmus honningsyp. Later this year, we will also introduce Holmus young grain, an exciting reinterpretation of Bornholm schnapps with strong references to whisky. The Holmus series will be bottled in our existing bottles, with wax-sealed bottle necks and new labels.

The Bar Classics Series

In addition to the Holmus Series, we are also launching a new go-to series of products, designed to be essential additions to any liquor cabinet, hence the name; “THE BAR CLASSICS”.

These products – a gin, a vodka, and an Amaro Bitter – celebrate Bornholm quality and offer a versatile and competitive tasting experience. We present these products in colourful and unique bottles that stand out from the crowd.

Launch

We expect to release the first products in early May, as everything is distilled, and we are ready to bottle the moment our new labels arrive from the printer.
