Restaurant Kadeau specializes in conjuring up gourmet dishes that taste of Bornholm. Every year, when spring arrives, they set out to gather herbs for the many dishes they serve during the summer. But they also collect herbs for their very special KADEAU GIN - developed here, in collaboration with us at Bornholm Distillery.

Angelica, Spanish chervil, and fresh buds from spruce trees are just a few of the ingredients that will be used. Every leaf and every bud are specially chosen because they are part of the story of Bornholm and the taste of our wild nature. Of course, the herbs are combined with the obligatory juniper berries. This creates a truly unique gin, with a crisp, green, and Nordic profile.

The close collaboration between Restaurant Kadeau and Bornholm Distillery has now, for the third year in a row, resulted in the creation of this very special gin - and we can proudly say that it is exactly as good as last year.
