2 part Cask Gin
1 part lime syrup
2 parts sparkeling water
Mint leaves - a lot!
Bash the leaves to release the flavors and put them in a glas with ice.
Pour in lime syrup, gin and top with sparkeling water.
Garnish with leaves and lime slices.
Lime Syrup
1 dl lime juice 100 g white sugar.
Gently warm juice and sugar while stirring until the sugar has dissolved.
