1 dl Slotslyngen Gin
3 dl good tonic
Juice from 2 limes
Rosemary twig
Sea buckthorn juice
Mix gin, tonic and lime juice in a freezer proof container and let it freeze solid.
Break the G&T ice in smaller pieces and put them in a food processor. Blend the ice until smaller crystals.
Put in a fancy glass, pour sweet sea buckthorn juice over the frozen cocktail and garnish with a burning rosemary twig. (It also works without the sea buckthorn).
