Champagne Fizz

2 teaspoons of sugar

Juice from half a lemon

5 cl of Cask Gin

1 egg white

Champagne

Put sugar, lemon juice, gin and egg white in a shaker with plenty of ice and shake well. Strain the mixture in a tall champagne glass, and top up with champagne.
